How do I upgrade my membership through Apple subscriptions?

Here's how to self-upgrade to Qeepsake Premium through Apple subscriptions.

1. Open your Settings
2. Tap on your name at the top
3. Tap Subscriptions
4. Tap Qeepsake under “ACTIVE”
5. Tap “Qeepsake Premium”
6. Tap “Subscribe”

Now you have a full year of Qeepsake Premium! Apple will refund you for any unused months of Qeepsake Essential. As a reminder, you will auto-renew on Qeepsake Premium unless you cancel your membership using the same steps above.

Your new Qeepsake Premium membership will auto-renew annually until cancellation. You can cancel your Qeepsake membership's auto-renewal at any time by following the steps below.

How to disable auto-renewal on your iOS device:

1. Open the Settings app.
2. Tap your name.
3. Tap Subscriptions.
4. Select Qeepsake.

   • If you don't see your Qeepsake membership, make sure you're signing in with the correct Apple ID. If you are still unable to find your membership, contact Apple support for help locating and canceling your subscription.

     Per Apple's cancellation policy, your membership might renew if you don't cancel your membership more than 24 hours before your renewal date. For more information, see Apple's instructions about canceling subscriptions.

   • If you still don’t see Qeepsake listed under your active Apple Subscriptions, it’s likely you purchased your membership with Qeepsake directly. Click here to update your membership.

5. Tap Cancel Membership.

Once you’ve confirmed cancellation, you can still access all of your membership's perks until your account expiration date. After this point, your membership will move to Qeepsake Lite — you will still be able to view the entries you’ve saved, but you’ll have limited features and won’t be able to print Qeepsake Books moving forward.

PLEASE NOTE: Uninstalling the Qeepsake app will not automatically stop your membership. You must cancel your membership using the steps above to end your membership. If you uninstall the app without canceling your membership, you will still be charged.
