How do I add a Spouse or Family Contributor?

Family Contributors can can contribute to your journals by adding them to your own account — no need to make a separate one. Contributors receive their own questions and can text their own entries. All entries will be saved to your same journal(s), completing your family’s fullest story.

Adding Family Contributors is exclusively a Qeepsake Premium feature. Add a Contributor to your account by following the instructions below:

Please note that your contributor should not create an account prior to getting an email invite to join your account. Contributors will not be charged for creating an account. Closing out of the app before completing a Contributor invite could lead to technical difficulties.

1. Go to the mobile app and click on the three bars at the top left of the screen. Click on Account & Settings, then on Friends and Family.
2. Add the Contributor's name and email address. Once you get the confirmation message, we'll email them a link for them to finish setting up their account. Contributors will need to verify their phone number and question time before they can receive their questions.

Tips:

• The Contributor’s name will appear next to their journal entries and in your Qeepsake Book to easily identify who saved which memory.
• If your contributor does not want to answer the same questions than you, they can easily text "Skip" to get the next question or save a spontaneous memory.
