How do I cancel my membership?

If you’d like to cancel your membership, log into your Qeepsake account and go to your Billings and Plans page. There are three ways that you can pay for your Qeepsake membership:

  • If your Qeepsake account is associated with your Apple iCloud account: Your Billing & Plans page will say “Your subscription is managed by the App Store” with the Apple icon at the top. At the bottom of the page, you can see when your membership will renew next and at what price. Please follow the instructions in this video to cancel your Qeepsake membership.
  • If your Qeepsake account is associated with your Google account: Your Billing & Plans page will say “Your subscription is managed by Google Play” at the top. At the bottom you will also see when your membership will renew next and at what price. Please follow the instructions in this video to cancel your Qeepsake membership.
  • If your Qeepsake account was made with Qeepsake directly: At the bottom of your Billing & Plans page, you’ll see “Manage Subscription” below your membership renewal information. By following this link, you can cancel your paid membership from renewing, upgrade your paid membership, make changes to your payment option, etc.

As part of Qeepsake’s Terms of Service, you must cancel your membership through one of the above methods or by reaching out for guidance at support@qeepsake.com in order to cancel a paid membership and end payments.

You can still access your account and view existing entries or previous orders, even after cancelling your membership.

 

How do I get a refund?

Free cancellations are only permitted within the account’s 7-day free trial. Per Qeepsake's terms and conditions, no refunds — whether partial or complete — will be issued upon cancellation of a plan or membership.

Due to the privacy policies of both Apple and Google, Qeepsake does not have the ability refund the payments or access the billing records for memberships that are set up through the Apple App Store or Google Play.
