If you have more than one journal, we recommend setting your question frequency to match at least the number of journals you have per day. (Ex: 2 journals = 2 questions a day, 3 journals = 3 questions a day, etc.)
Having multiple journals but one question per day will result in a question about one journal one day, and another journal the next.
For example: if you have three journals (all of them have questions turned on) and your question frequency is set to "once per day" — this would mean that you will receive one question in total each day. Monday may be for journal A, and on Tuesday for journal B.
You receive one question per day, not one question per child, per day.
Using the same example as above, if you have 3 journals and your question frequency is on "once per day", your week may look like this:
What if I have my frequency set for multiple questions per day?
When your account is set to receive more than one question per day, our program is designed to only send one at a time. You’ll need to either respond with your answer or skip the question in order to then receive your second question. You can always view all your daily questions in the mobile app.
