How do I update my journal’s birthday, name, or sex?

  1. Open the mobile app and click on the menu button in the top left corner.
  2. Click “Account & Settings,” then open “Journal Settings”
  3. Click on which journal you'd like to edit. You can adjust the journal name, birthday, pronouns, question toggle, or Chapter categories.
