How do I adjust how often or when I receive questions?

Qeepsake Premium members receive up to 4 questions a day, while Qeepsake Essential members can receive up to 2 questions a day. You can update what time you receive Qeepsake questions or how often by going to your account’s Question Settings online or in the mobile app.

Where to find the question settings in the mobile app:

1. Click on the Menu button in the upper right corner.
2. Click on 'Account & Settings'
3. Click on 'Question Settings'
4. Adjust your question arrival time, frequency, delivery method, holiday preferences, or timezone.
