We want you to love and cherish your Qeepsake Book. If you are not satisfied with your book, please contact us and we’ll do what we can to make it right!

• If Qeepsake made a mistake with your book, we’ll replace it ASAP at no cost to you.
• If there is damage to your book due to shipping, please let us know and we'll replace it ASAP at no cost to you. 
• As a small company, we're not able to offer refunds if you've simply changed your mind or no longer want your book.
