The email you received contains a link with your activation code. It's the last seven letters at the end of the URL. Example: https://shop.qeepsake.com/onboarding/gift-membership-signup?invite_code=xxxxxxx
If you’re unable to redeem your gift membership, please email support@qeepsake.com with your activation code and we’ll apply the gift code to your account from there.
If you have yet to receive your gift code:
Gift codes are sent to the email specified during checkout. Please double check your email for spelling errors or typos. If your email is correct and you still have not received your gift code, please check your Spam folder or Promotions tab.
If your gift code is still missing, please email us at support@qeepsake.com with your confirmation message and we’ll help from there.
