My child is here! How do I update my account?

Congratulations on your newest family member! We’re excited for you, your family, and all the memories you’ll make.

To adjust your account after your baby arrives, log in to your Qeepsake app or account and click on the 'Start baby question' toggle.

If you baby has arrived early, click on the banner or adjust your journal settings to update your child's birthdate. You can also fill in how many weeks early your child arrived. Questions for your newest family member will start immediately!
