How do I add a book credit or promo code to my order?

To help ease Qeepsake Book costs, Qeepsake offers the following:

• Book credits associated with your Qeepsake account. Essential members receive an initial $19.99 annual credit, while Premium members receive an initial $61.99 credit to use for future Qeepsake Book purchase.
• Promo codes offered through sales periodically throughout the year. Common sale periods include Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, or the holidays.

Qeepsake Book credits and promo codes are different things and are redeemed differently. Only one promo code can be used per order, but you may still use multiple book credits at a time — with or without a promo code.

To redeem an existing Qeepsake Book credit associated with your account:

1. Navigate to your account’s shopping cart.
2. Scroll down to “Qeepsake Book Credit.”
3. Click “Add” next to the credit you’d like to redeem for your order.

To redeem an active promo code as part of a sale or other promotion:

On web, you’ll see the following page. Click “Add promotion code” on the left side — on mobile, this button is hidden in the “Details” dropdown, in the upper right corner. Enter a valid promo code — your savings will be applied afterwards.
