Which formats of photos do we support?

In the Qeepsake mobile app, we now support the following type of images:

• PNG (image.png)
• JPEG (image.jpg or image.jpeg)

If you get an error trying to upload one of the picture types mentioned above, please check your internet connection and try again.

We do not support videos and other types of images, such as TIFF (image.tif) or GIF (image.gif).
