How the caps work

Caps are limits to actions (add photos or spontaneous entries) you can do on your account per month. Caps reset every month. Example, if you signed up on July 5th, your caps reset on August 5th. 

On Qeepsake Premium, you can:

• text Qeepsake up to 500 spontaneous memories per month
• add an unlimited number of spontaneous memories to your journals online (using the mobile app or at app.qeepsake.com)
• text Qeepsake up to 100 pictures per month
• upload an unlimited number of pictures to your entries online (using the mobile app or at app.qeepsake.com). 

On Qeepsake Plus, you can:

• text Qeepsake up to 200 spontaneous memories per month
• add an unlimited number of spontaneous memories to your journals online (using the mobile app or at app.qeepsake.com)
• text Qeepsake up to 50 pictures per month
• upload an unlimited number of pictures to your entries online (using the mobile app or at app.qeepsake.com).

On Qeepsake Lite, you CANNOT:

• text Qeepsake any spontaneous memory
• text Qeepsake any pictures

but, on Qeepsake Lite, you can:

• add up to 20 spontaneous memories to your journals per month (using the mobile app or at app.qeepsake.com)
• upload up to 5 pictures to your entries per month (using the mobile app or at app.qeepsake.com).
