Yes they do! Questions, Chapters, and spontaneous entries can all appear in your printed book if you select for them to do so! If you select an entry to show in the book, it will print along with the date when you saved the memory.
The books are printed in chronological order, so all of your spontaneous and backdated memories will also appear in the order of when you saved them!
If you are a Premium member and you have a contributor, your names will appear alongside the journal entries you've written in the book!
