How do I disable questions for a journal?

You can turn off all questions through the Questions Settings page by switching Question Frequency to "Off." You can always turn them back on from the same page.

If you have more than one journal, you can turn off questions at the individual journal level by following these directions:

In the app:

  • From the main menu (three lines near the top left), select Journal Settings
  • Select the journal you wish to update
  • Scroll down to find the "Journal questions" section and use the toggle to turn questions on or off
  • Hit Save at the top right!

On the website:

  • From any page, select the journal you wish to update
  • Click the gear icon next to your account name to open that journal's settings
  • Scroll down to click the Stop Receiving Questions button
